  Every time we order from here, our order takes double the time that is quoted or longer. There's never a way to contact the store to check on an order so you're always just left waiting and waiting. We've never had a reasonable delivery experience with this store.

  Pizza made terrible!
  Asked specifically for light sauce & by the time I got home the Pizza was falling apart because of too much sauce . Pizza was cold because I had also ordered cheese sticks & was told my order was given to someone else..i had to wait for an extra 10 mins ... no big deal thinking I will get them fresh ..ha ha I get home cheese stick are not cooked all the way :(
  Called to speak to a manager and they had me on hold for 8 mins... no one ever picked up .. if only I didn't have my newborn with me I would drive back up there..so disappointed..Dans Pizza in Webster I'm your faithful Customer now!

  An $11 pizza + cheese sticks is $21 after all the fees, then $31 at the door (after all the fees again? Couldn't get an explanation). For the price you pay, might as well order from somewhere good.
